RDP – DROPPING AND DAYDREAMING
23 déc.

The C1 Division’s gotten to be so competitive that it takes some captains days to acknowledge losses.

“I can’t wait to play against the Red Stars – the only team who beat us,” declares FC RNGM captain Pier-Luc Couture, fresh off an unconfirmed 4-2 loss against the East-End GQs. “It’s very competitive this year. A lot of talented players and great teams!”

Couture would very much like to remain top division contenders, but championship ambition is in no short supply in this division. Pam continues to look unstoppable after deflating FC Montreal, Camvi has stolen third and the two squads responsible for RNGM’s two losses are now in hot pursuit.

Then again, what’s six points between six sworn enemies, right?

POTG: “With all the great guys on the team, I can’t really say who is our best player.” Striker Jonathan Petrella would seem a fine candidate. He is the squad’s only representative in the C1 scoring race.
