He had tons to say about mighty Zeus but only fair warnings for his Red Stars’ own (B2 Division) winter ambitions.

“They are talented and by far the hardest working team we have faced this season,” declared Alex Giuliani following a 7-2 loss to the subject of his admiration. “For us, we are expecting a .500 season. That being said, I’m pretty sure that we’ll be ready for our next game against them.”

With duties split between Laval, RDP’s C1 Division and Bayern Munich in the Champions League, Giuliani and friends have their hands full this winter. A great start in RDP aside, the Red Stars are exactly where they were expected to be in the standings.

POTG: “We have a lot of offensive power with Manuel Viscoso and Massimo Manago Di Buono but lack defensive experience in general.”
