There is now officially a C3 Division title race to speak of.

Union closed out the midpoint of their summer season on a high note with 3-2, skin-of-their-teeth win over the undefeated FC Montana, moving to within three points of the division leaders.

The win, Union’s sixth straight since dropping their first two of the season, has left third and fourth seeds the Reds and Atacama in the proverbial championship dust despite important wins of their of their own. FC Montana and Union, meanwhile, will meet once more before the season ends.

POTG: It’s been slow and steady for Union’s Amadou Bah, who added another important slash to his four-goal tally.
