After some heavy winter playoff heartbreak, Sporting Yul seems to have regained their once sunny disposition.

“Thankfully, our offense came through for us,” declared captain Anthony Piazza following his squad’s run-and-gun 7-5 win over 7’s United this week. “It was a tough match with lots of back and forth.”

Undefeated in three, Sporting Yul have managed to grab top spot in the C2 Division, with a point to spare on both 7’s United and Camvi – two teams that are likely to give the relative league newcomers a run for their money.

POTG: A late addition to the squad, Gabriel Tavares seems to be having no problems fitting in with seven goals in his first four games.
