BROSSARD – A REVERSAL OF FORTUNES
08 fév.

There is unspoken poetry in righting the sinking ship at just the right time.

“It’s like the wind of confidence is suddenly blowing at our backs,” writes the stoic ETS head coach Christian Laverdure in the wake of a 5-1 win against FC Basarabi last week. “Our efforts in practice are starting to bear fruit. And so we’re very happy with the last couple of games.”

Now undefeated in their last three, the seemingly dead-in-the-water ETS has managed to make a concerted push into the playoffs, something Laverdure insists is an absolute must for the team. They are currently one win shy of that objective and still have a four-game wave to ride, much to the Reds’ chagrin.

POTG: Marik Jorge-Petit and Xavier Tremblay-Rosa netted a goal each and have been consistent contributors in the team’s recent turnaround.
