RECREATIONAL – PUTTING THE GOLD BACK IN THE COLD

Defending summer champs Calcio D’Oro will be looking to regain their cold-weather glory as well. The league vets got off to a hell of a heart-stopping start, finishing off Groupe Aldo in a 2-1 final after beating both Quattro Stelle and Camvi in consecutive penalty shootouts. Captain and keeper Richard Syringe was spectacular in said shootouts and will likely be the push behind this winter’s success.
