They were on a four-game January death spiral into playoff oblivion before Super Bowl Sunday rolled around.

“The game against the Gunners showed once again that there are no easy victories in this division,” explained L’Om captain Hoa Phong Le following a clutch 3-2 victory against the relative heavyweights. “This win is definitely our most important of the season.”

The victory propels the struggling L’Om into a 10-point tie with the FC Blues for the final playoff spot in the B Division – setting up an even more crucial Sunday meeting against one of the few teams they have actually beat this winter.
