RDP – NO GLORY FOR THE UNDEFEATED
25 Nov

It was a tight match to have to win – probably much tighter than it had to be.

“It’s kind of been our problem since the season started, even if we won all our games,” explains Les Vikings captain Gabriel Chagnon following a 3-2 victory over Vandelay. “We dominate possession but we lack finishing. And we usually wait until the end of the game to wake up.”

Those humble observations may be justified, given that all three Vikings’ wins have come against struggling sides. But Chagnon insists the team chemistry is improving with every game – some unwelcome news for C2 powerhouse Q.D.T, who will put their own undefeated streak on the line in a match this week.

POTG: “Julien Surprenant has been our most solid defender and Christopher Tavares Pereira is not only leading in goals but doing a huge job in defense and midfield.”
