As far as character-building goes, T.S. United could not have asked for a better outcome.

“The match started to get a bit more physical in the second half,” explains team organizer Jeffrey Capuano, recalling how his team was down 3-0 to the undefeated and rather mighty Three Lions the night before. “A lot of yellows were shown, but I think that sparked a late rally from us! We were able to score two goals but unfortunately it wasn’t enough.”

While the 3-2 loss does push T.S. United back to 500 and out of the C2 Division’s top tier, Capuano expects his boys to come back even stronger against FC Campione next Sunday.
