It’s more than just the perfect record, the 41 goals-for, the total top-10 domination. The Mean Girls are literally strangling their opponents into submission.

As the second and more important half of the season gets underway, the Grenades, Shooters and Vipers are finding themselves multiple wins away from any real shot at the FC2 throne, facing an enemy that has tightened up as the season’s progressed. All any of these squads can now hope for, it seems, is to sneak into the playoffs and catch Amanda Cerone and company on a bad night in an elimination game.

A PEEK AT WEEK 10

The Pink Panthers will try to creep up on top seed Taco Belles in FA Division play Sunday at 6 pm while simultaneously in Brossard, Sabbah 1 and Mistral battle for a shot at top dogs Kan FC.

Finally, on Friday, Half Senders FC look to recapture the right side of the B4 playoff berth when they face Plei FC.
