Their summer championship still wafting in the unseasonably warm Autumn air, Blitzz were suddenly dealt a very cold rush of blood to the head this weekend.

Newcomers Dream Team sent Blittz a stern winter warning with a 3-1 victory in the Division F2 pre-season finals. Of course, Dream Team’s life isn’t about to get any easier in the FB2 Division, where they’ll have to battle Queen of the World (Division F3 winners in their own right following a narrow 2-1 win over R2D2) as well as summer champs FC Boisbriand and the always dangerous Etoiles de l’Est.

In Division F1 action, meanwhile, former champs Chelsea were 1-0 over the Beans after dismantling Anjou 5-1 in the semis. All three squads will get to plot suitable retaliatory strikes in the FB1 Division.
