You can’t blame returning champs for doubling down on what they do best.

“Any success we’ve had this season has been on the basis of our strong defense,” explains BSC Young Boys captain Gregory Caltabanis, whose squad managed another one-goal victory against the Highlanders to advance to a B4 Division semifinal matchup against FC Bashtone.

Caltabanis and crew realize the playoffs are a completely different animal – soothing insight when preparing to face an opponent that has given them all kinds of difficulty this summer.

“We know we can beat them. But they are a very good team who play a very different type of game. We feel confident that if we play the way we know how, we can exploit their desire to get forward often.”
